Choose from a variety of conference setups at Victory Byblos Hotel & Spa. Our theatre setup can accommodate around 70 people, while the u-shape can accomodate up to 25 participants, finally our classroom and boardroom setups cater to approximately 40 to 45 participants respectively. Find the perfect arrangement for your event and create a productive and engaging atmosphere.
• Room Rental Fee: Rates available upon request (Charged only if lunch or Dinner is not requested).
• Stationery: Note pads and pens, flip chart papers are available upon request and can be provided for at cost.
• Audio-Visual Equipment (available upon request and some on rental basis): Overhead projector - LCD projector - Flip chart - Flat television - White Screen - Microphone - Speakers.
• Coffee-Break: Consisting of Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Hot Drinks (Nescafe, Yellow / Green Tea & Turkish Coffee), Mineral water, Petit Four, Lebanese cookies, English Cake & fruits.
• Lunch / Dinner: A choice of Oriental Menus, International Buffets and Set Menus are also available upon request.
• Parking: Free parking space is available for the guests’ convenience.
